Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped and drained
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Additional:
- 8 ounces pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta per package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sear in olive oil until cooked through. Set aside.
- Make Sauce: Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Add chicken broth, then cream and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened.
