- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Sauce:
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 2 tablespoons pepperoncini juice
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Make the sauce: In the same skillet, add chicken broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, and pepperoncini juice. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Add sliced pepperoncini and Parmesan cheese.
- Combine chicken and sauce: Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
