- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
- Roast Tomatoes and Garlic: Roast the tomatoes and garlic bulbs according to the Herb Roasted Tomatoes recipe until tender and caramelized. Once cooled, squeeze out the roasted garlic from the bulbs and set aside.
- Sauté Onions: In a medium-sized Dutch oven over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Blend Ingredients: Transfer the sautéed onions to a high-powered blender. Add the roasted tomatoes, roasted garlic cloves, tomato paste, and vegetable stock. Blend on high speed until smooth and fully combined. Save a few roasted tomato pieces to use as garnish, if desired.
- Combine Soup Mixture: Pour the blended tomato mixture back into the Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the heavy cream, sea salt, On Everything All-Purpose Blend, and smoked paprika. Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Simmer Soup: Bring the mixture to a boil for 1-2 minutes, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer gently for another 5-6 minutes. This allows the soup to thicken and flavors to meld.
- Serve: Remove the pot from heat. Ladle the soup into bowls, garnish with the reserved roasted tomatoes, and serve immediately with a side of grilled cheese sandwich if desired.
