Cream of Mushroom Soup Mixture:
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Add Ingredients: Add the potatoes, sausage, and onion to the crockpot.
- Mix Sauce: Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour and Cook: Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
