Baby Potatoes:

  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes, halved or quartered

Smoked Sausage:

  • 14 ounces smoked sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds

Onion:

  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped

Cheese:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cream of Mushroom Soup Mixture:

  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Garnish:

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients: Add the potatoes, sausage, and onion to the crockpot.
  2. Mix Sauce: Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour and Cook: Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
