  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Sausage: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove excess grease if needed.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Add diced onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
