Creamy Tuscan Dip Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Add mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Fold in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
