  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 6 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Saute Aromatics: In a large pot, heat olive oil. Add diced onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic, thyme, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add Broth and Noodles: Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add lasagna noodles and cook until tender.
