- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Prepare the Crust: Unroll the crescent dough and press into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan, pinching the seams to form a crust. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Garlic Oil: Mix olive oil and minced garlic, then brush over the partially baked crust.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the crust. Arrange tomato slices on top, then season with salt, pepper, and basil.
- Final Bake: Return to the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and crust is golden. Cool slightly, then slice into squares and serve.
