Ingredients
Scale
Crust
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Cream Cheese Topping
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetable Toppings
- 1 cup finely chopped broccoli florets
- 1 cup finely chopped cauliflower
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Cheese Topping
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll both cans of crescent roll dough and press them into the bottom of an ungreased 9×13-inch baking sheet, sealing any seams to create a solid, even crust. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before adding toppings.
- Make the cream cheese mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, dried dill, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and well blended.
- Assemble the pizza: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crescent roll crust. Arrange the chopped broccoli, cauliflower, shredded carrots, diced red bell pepper, and sliced green onions evenly on top of the cream cheese layer. Finally, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over all the vegetables.
- Chill before serving: Cover the assembled pizza with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This chilling step helps the toppings to set and makes the pizza easier to slice and serve cold.
Notes
- Great as an appetizer or light lunch option.
