Buffalo Sauce:

Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Prepare Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Coat Cauliflower: Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
- Air Fry: Place coated florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Prepare Buffalo Sauce: Whisk together buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
- Toss Cauliflower: Toss cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce until coated.
- Serve: Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
