Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Prepare Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Coat Cauliflower: Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Air Fry: Place coated florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
