- 1 block (14 ounces) extra-firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Green onions or sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Tofu: Drain tofu and press between paper towels for 20 minutes. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Coat Tofu: Toss tofu cubes with soy sauce and olive oil. Sprinkle with cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place tofu in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 14-16 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds and enjoy!
