Instructions
- Mix Crab Mixture: In a large bowl, gently combine crab meat, panko, mayonnaise, beaten egg, green onion, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Shape Crab Bites: Form the mixture into bite-sized balls or patties, then lightly dredge in flour.
- Fry: Heat oil in a skillet, fry crab bites in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauce.
