Cauliflower:

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss Cauliflower: In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roast Cauliflower: Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Optional Parmesan: If using Parmesan, sprinkle over cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
