  • ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Coating:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

For Frying:

  • ½ cup olive oil

For Serving:

  • Marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil Ravioli: Cook ravioli in boiling salted water until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
  2. Prepare Coating: Whisk eggs and water in a bowl. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Place flour in a separate bowl.
  3. Coat Ravioli: Dredge ravioli in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry: Fry coated ravioli in olive oil until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve hot with marinara sauce.
