  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs. Blend well until mixture holds its shape.
