Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Optional: sour cream and jalapeño slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cook beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Make chili: Stir in chili beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, spices. Simmer until thickened.
