- 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed and softened

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts: Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a greased crock pot.
- Mix the sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until smooth. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Add cream cheese: About 30 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese cubes, cover, and let them melt. Stir gently until the sauce is creamy and well combined.
- Season and serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shred the chicken if desired or serve whole. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if you like. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles.
