- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
Noodles & Garnish
- 8 oz egg noodles
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Tips: In a slow cooker, combine the stew meat, Lipton onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, beef broth, and water. Stir everything together well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
- Cook: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the beef is tender and the gravy has thickened to a rich, flavorful sauce.
- Cook the Noodles: About 20 minutes before serving, prepare the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the noodles and set them aside, keeping them warm.
- Combine and Serve: Season the beef tips with salt and pepper to your taste. Serve the tender beef and gravy over the cooked egg noodles. Optionally, garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
Notes

- To save time, cook the noodles in advance and reheat them before serving.
- Use fresh parsley or substitute with dried herbs if fresh is unavailable.
- This recipe can be doubled to serve a larger crowd using a larger slow cooker.
