    Chicken and Sauce:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Stuffing:

  • 1 (6-ounce) box stuffing mix (such as Stove Top)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Garnish:

  • Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a greased crockpot.
  2. Make Sauce: In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Spread over chicken.
  3. Add Stuffing: Sprinkle stuffing mix on top of the chicken. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing. Add vegetables if desired.
  4. Cook: Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve: Fluff stuffing before serving. Garnish with parsley.

  • Variation: Use cream of mushroom or celery soup. Add cheddar cheese for a cheesy option. Bone-in chicken can also be used.
