Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
BBQ Sauce Mixture:
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup canned pineapple chunks (with juice)

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Place the chicken in the crockpot: Arrange the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Prepare the BBQ sauce: In a bowl, combine barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks with juice, chopped onion, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour over the chicken.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken: Using two forks, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot and stir to coat in the sauce.
