Ingredients
Steak Bites:
- 2 pounds sirloin steak or chuck steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels.
