Description

This Crunchy Cheeseburger Wrap recipe combines all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a convenient handheld wrap. Savory ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, tangy pickles, and a hint of ketchup and mustard are wrapped in a crispy tortilla for a delicious meal the whole family will love.

Ingredients

Scale

Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil for toasting

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess grease. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and diced pickles. Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheese until melted and combined.
  2. Assemble Wraps: Lay out the tortillas and divide the beef mixture evenly among them. Fold in the sides and roll up each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  3. Toast Wraps: Heat butter or oil in a clean skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  4. Serve: Slice in half and serve immediately with extra pickles, ketchup, or dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For added crunch, sprinkle crushed potato chips inside the wrap before rolling.
  • You can also substitute ground turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter or vegetarian version.
