Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
  2. Sauté Vegetables In a skillet, sauté bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion until softened. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
