This Cucumber Agua Fresca is a refreshing Mexican-inspired beverage perfect for hot summer days. Made with fresh cucumbers, lime juice, and a touch of sweetness, it’s a healthy and hydrating drink that’s easy to prepare.

- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 4 cups cold water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2–4 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- ice cubes for serving
- lime wedges and cucumber slices for garnish
Instructions
- Add the chopped cucumbers, cold water, lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and salt to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the pulp if desired. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lime wedges and cucumber slices.
