Description

Cucumber Salad:

  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, red onion, and fresh dill.
  2. Make Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper until the sugar is dissolved.
