Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a muffin tin. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into liners and bake.
- Mix Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, lime zest, and lime juice.
- Add Blackberry Flavor: Fold blackberry purée into half the batter. Layer plain and blackberry batter over crusts.
- Bake and Chill: Bake for 20–22 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Final Touches: Top with blackberry jam, fresh blackberries, and lime zest before serving.
