  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and wrap the outside with foil.
  2. Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Make Cinnamon Swirl: Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and melted butter in a bowl.
  4. Prepare Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  5. Layer Batter: Pour half of the batter over crust. Drizzle half of the cinnamon mixture and swirl. Repeat with remaining batter and swirl mixture.
  6. Bake: Bake for 55–65 minutes until set. Cool in oven, then chill for at least 4 hours.
  7. Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over chilled cheesecake.
