Brownie Layer:

- 1 egg yolk

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
- Mix Brownie Batter: Combine melted butter, sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder, red food coloring, and vinegar. Mix in eggs, then stir in flour and salt. Spread most of the batter in the pan.
- Prepare Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over brownie batter.
- Add Remaining Batter: Drop reserved batter over cheesecake layer and swirl with a knife.
- Bake: Bake for 28-32 minutes until set. Cool, then chill before slicing.
