- 1 egg (beaten, for sealing)

Instructions
- Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fill Wrappers: Lay out the egg roll wrappers. Spoon cream cheese mixture and strawberry jam onto each wrapper.
- Roll: Fold the bottom corner up, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal with beaten egg.
- Fry: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry rolls in batches for 2–3 minutes each until golden brown.
- Serve: Drain, dust with powdered sugar. Serve with strawberries and whipped cream.

- You can freeze assembled rolls before frying; add an extra minute to frying time.
