  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam or preserves

Wrappers and Extras:

  • 68 egg roll wrappers
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
  • powdered sugar for dusting
  • fresh strawberries and whipped cream for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fill Wrappers: Lay out the egg roll wrappers. Spoon cream cheese mixture and strawberry jam onto each wrapper.
  3. Roll: Fold the bottom corner up, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal with beaten egg.
  4. Fry: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry rolls in batches for 2–3 minutes each until golden brown.
  5. Serve: Drain, dust with powdered sugar. Serve with strawberries and whipped cream.
