Rachel Sandwich:
- 8 slices rye bread
- 1/2 pound sliced deli turkey breast
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut (drained and squeezed dry)
- 1/2 cup coleslaw (optional for variation)
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing or Russian dressing
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
Instructions
- Prepare the Bread: Spread Thousand Island dressing on one side of each slice of rye bread.
