Rachel Sandwich:

  • 8 slices rye bread
  • 1/2 pound sliced deli turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut (drained and squeezed dry)

  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing or Russian dressing

Instructions
