- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, sugars, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- Combine Wet and Dry: Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 28–32 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and Slice: Let the squares cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
