For the Strawberry Salsa:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and finely diced)
- 1 cup diced kiwi (about 3 kiwis)
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1 medium apple (peeled and diced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam or preserves
- 1 tablespoon honey
For the Cinnamon Chips:
- 1 package (10–12 count) flour tortillas
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberry Salsa: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, and apple. Add lemon juice, strawberry jam, and honey. Stir gently until well combined. Cover and refrigerate while you prepare the chips.
- Make the Cinnamon Chips: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter, then sprinkle generously with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Cut each tortilla into wedges and arrange on baking sheets. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Let chips cool completely.
