- 2 tablespoons honey
Chocolate Coating:
- 8 ounces good-quality dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon rose water (optional)
- Extra chopped pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Kunefe Pastry: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Toss shredded kunefe with melted butter. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Make Pistachio Filling: Cool pastry, then mix with ground pistachios and honey to form a sticky filling.
- Prepare Chocolate Coating: Heat cream, pour over chocolate, and stir until smooth. Add rose water if desired.
- Assemble Chocolate Balls: Roll pistachio mixture into balls, dip in chocolate, and coat with pistachios. Chill until set.
