Potatoes:

  • 3 pounds Yukon Gold or russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

Other Ingredients:

  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup whole milk (more as needed)

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Instructions
