- 1 cup powdered sugar
Pudding Layer:
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cups cold milk
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 package (14 oz) Golden Oreos, crushed
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- Pastel-colored chocolate eggs or jelly beans
- Mini marshmallow chicks or bunnies (optional)
- Green-tinted shredded coconut (optional)
- Extra crushed cookies for topping
Instructions
- Cream Filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Pudding Layer: In a separate bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Gently fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the whipped topping until creamy.
- Layer half of the crushed Oreos in a 9×13-inch dish. Spread the cream filling over the cookies. Top with remaining crushed Oreos.
- Decorate with chocolate eggs, marshmallow chicks, and green coconut. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can use chocolate Oreos instead of Golden Oreos.
- To make green coconut grass, mix shredded coconut with green food coloring.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance and stored covered in the refrigerator.
