Description

Indulge in the colorful and delightful Easter Swirl Pie, a no-bake dessert that is perfect for spring celebrations. This creamy, marbled pie features layers of strawberry, lemon, and berry blue gelatin swirled with a sweet cream cheese mixture in a graham cracker crust. A festive treat for the eyes and the taste buds!

Ingredients

Scale

Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)

Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Gelatin Layers:

  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
  • 1 package (3 oz) lemon gelatin
  • 1 package (3 oz) berry blue gelatin
  • 3/4 cup boiling water (divided)
  • food coloring (optional, to enhance pastel colors)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Gelatin: In three separate bowls, dissolve each gelatin flavor in 1/4 cup of boiling water. Let them cool to room temperature.
  2. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Combine Mixtures: Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the three bowls with gelatin and stir gently to combine, creating three pastel-colored mixtures. Add food coloring if desired.
  4. Assemble Pie: Spoon dollops of each mixture randomly into the graham cracker crust, alternating colors. Swirl the colors together with a knife for a marbled effect.
  5. Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • You can use homemade whipped cream instead of whipped topping for a more natural version.
  • This pie is a fun and colorful addition to spring and Easter celebrations and can be made a day in advance.
