Saltine Cracker Layer:

Toffee Layer:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
Toppings:
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup pastel M&M’s or candy-coated chocolate eggs
- 2 tablespoons pastel sprinkles
- Nonstick spray or parchment paper
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 10×15-inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
- Prepare Saltine Layer: Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer to cover the pan bottom.
- Make Toffee: In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar, stirring constantly until boiling. Boil for 3 minutes without stirring.
- Layer and Bake: Pour hot toffee over crackers, spread evenly, and bake for 7–8 minutes until bubbling.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle white chocolate chips over hot toffee, then M&M’s and sprinkles.
- Cool and Set: Let cool, refrigerate for 1 hour to set, then break into pieces.
