For the Beef:
- 1 lb ground beef, 80/20
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small yellow onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or 4 slices of American cheese)
- 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté Onions and Beef: In a skillet, sauté onions, then add beef, spices, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Assemble the Wraps: Divide beef onto tortillas, top with cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and lettuce. Roll into wraps.
- Air Fry: Spray wraps with cooking spray, air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve: Remove, cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
- You can skip the lettuce inside the wrap and serve it on the side to keep it crisp.
- Swap cheddar for pepper jack if you like extra spice.
- Ground turkey or plant-based meat also works well.
