Description

These Easy Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps are a delightful twist on classic cheeseburgers, with all the delicious flavors wrapped up in a crispy tortilla. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal!

For the Beef:

  • 1 lb ground beef, 80/20
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or 4 slices of American cheese)
  • 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté Onions and Beef: In a skillet, sauté onions, then add beef, spices, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Divide beef onto tortillas, top with cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and lettuce. Roll into wraps.
  4. Air Fry: Spray wraps with cooking spray, air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve: Remove, cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can skip the lettuce inside the wrap and serve it on the side to keep it crisp.
  • Swap cheddar for pepper jack if you like extra spice.
  • Ground turkey or plant-based meat also works well.
