- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)
- 1/4 cup beef broth or water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Cook noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Beef & Broccoli: Steam or blanch broccoli for 2–3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp; set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned; set aside. Add remaining oil, then sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute until fragrant.

- Combine Ingredients: Add cooked steak, broccoli, and noodles to the skillet, tossing until well coated and heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For an added kick, consider spicing up the sauce with sriracha or red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to swap beef with chicken or shrimp, and any leftovers reheat beautifully with a splash of water or broth.
