  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Other:

  • 1 package refrigerated pie dough or empanada discs
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Sauté vegetables: In a skillet, sauté onion and red bell pepper until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
