Ingredients

Scale

For the sliders:

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt

For the topping:

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the eggs: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in butter until cooked but still soft.
  3. Assemble sliders: Place bottom buns in a baking dish. Spread mayo and mustard if desired. Layer with eggs, bacon/sausage, and cheese. Top with remaining buns.
  4. Top with butter mixture: Brush melted butter mixed with garlic and parsley over the buns.
  5. Bake: Cover and bake for 10–15 minutes, then uncover and bake for 5 more minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
