Instructions
- Prepare the Eggs: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Cook the Eggs: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add butter, pour in the egg mixture, and cook, stirring gently, until scrambled and set.
- Warm the Tortillas: Heat tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
