Chicken Parmesan:

- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

- Pound and season: Pound the chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness, season with salt and pepper.
