Sauce:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
- 1/4 cup capers, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness. Dredge in flour mixture.
- Cook Chicken: Cook in butter and oil until golden brown and cooked through.
