- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)

Instructions
- Saute Aromatics: In a large pot, heat butter and olive oil. Add onion, cook until soft. Stir in garlic.
