Beef Stew:
- 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Seasonings:
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Sauce and Pasta:
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 8 oz uncooked bowtie pasta (farfalle)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Sear the Beef: In a skillet, brown the beef stew meat in olive oil until all sides are browned.
- Prepare the Crockpot: Transfer the beef to the crockpot and add onion, garlic, seasonings, tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Stir well.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until beef is tender.
- Cook the Pasta: Cook bowtie pasta separately, then add to the crockpot along with cheese. Let it melt and combine.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy!

- You can swap cream of mushroom soup for cream of celery or cream of onion.
