- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups Italian-style breadcrumbs

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Frying:

Instructions
- Prepare Cheese: Pat the cheese cubes dry with paper towels.
- Set Up Breading Station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings in a third.
- Coat Cheese: Dredge each cheese cube in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs. For extra crunch, repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating.
- Chill: Chill coated cheese bites in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Fry: Heat oil to 350°F, fry the cheese bites in batches for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve hot with marinara sauce.

- You can use cheddar, pepper jack, or Colby cheese instead of mozzarella.
- For a lighter option, cook them in an air fryer at 375°F for 6-8 minutes.
