Assembly:

  • 3 cups Fritos corn chips, divided
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sliced green onions and sour cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic and cook. Stir in beans, tomatoes, sauce, and seasonings. Simmer.
