Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease or butter 4 small ramekins or a muffin tin and lightly dust with cocoa powder.
- Melt Butter and Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate together in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Prepare Batter: In another bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and salt until pale and thick. Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture and whisk to combine. Gently fold in the flour.
- Bake: Divide batter among ramekins, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 11–13 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Serve: Remove from oven, let sit for 1 minute, then invert onto plates. Serve with powdered sugar or ice cream.
