  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Seasoning:

  • 1 tablespoon Aji Amarillo paste (or substitute with mild chili paste)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 red onion (finely diced)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare Shrimp: Pat shrimp dry, season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper until softened.
